If products are returned to us within 90 days from the purchase day, we will refund or replace any defective product(s). Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and we bear the re-sending charges. After 90 days and up to 120 days of purchase, refund request will not be accepted unless a replacement is not available. Customers are responsible for paying all the shipping charges (including the return and resending ones). Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
